Thanks to the Bissell Pet Foundation, Detroit Animal Care and Control is once again participating in Empty the Shelters from Monday, July 8 to Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Adoption fees are waived and hopes are high that loving adopters will head to the shelter, located at 1431 E. Ferry Street in Detroit, open DAILY 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for you to meet adoptable dogs.
